Rand Robbins has over twenty years experience in Information Technology, including more than fifteen years in which he has been involved in designing, developing and implementing staffing solutions. He has been instrumental in building staffing strategies for several hyper-growth consulting firms in both the systems networking and software development areas. Mr. Robbins has also played a significant role in re-designing and implementing a recruiting strategy for CIGNA which has resulted in the Philadelphia and South Jersey regions hiring of over 250 IT professionals annually at a cost per hire significantly less than the industry standard.
Prior to moving into recruiting and staffing process and strategies, Mr. Robbins was a Senior Software Developer and Project Manager for ten plus years working for such firms as RCA, Singer-Link and DGM&S (now Comverse). This hands-on experience has enabled him to develop a keen understanding of the systems and software process thus resulting in increased comprehension of a hiring managers requirements and candidates objectives.
His extensive experience has been primarily revolving around leading edge technologies such as web application development and e-commerce solutions as well as systems and network design, architecture and support.
Manager, Staffing Consultant
Gregory Crawley has over sixteen years of experience in Technical Recruiting. He has been involved in designing, developing and implementing staffing solutions. As a Staffing Consultant, he is presently implementing and re-designing a recruiting strategy for Independence Blue Cross. Mr. Crawley has also been responsible for building staffing strategies for several hyper-growth consulting firms in both the systems networking and software development areas. He has also implemented staffing solutions for other leading companies, such as Genex Services Inc. and Aetna U.S. Healthcare. He was employed for nine years at Bluestone Consulting (one of South Jersey’s fastest growing technology firms), as a Senior Technical Recruiter, achieving over 100% quota in manpower requirements, where he successfully recruited software developers/project leaders.
Prior to moving into Technical Recruiting, Mr. Crawley was a Manager for a full-time/permanent job placement agency whose primary focus was to place candidates for entry-level management positions for banks, financial institutions, hotels, restaurants, and retail industry.
